Worse support

Nice games but support is worse. When i update my ipad to 9.3.1 lost my games. Register but forgot my password, no support how to access it. Still playing it but will not spent money for it. My previous games spent a lot of money for nothing, im already level 45 will lot of 5 star tank! Wont recommend this game!
