No customer support

The game is fun to play but rewards frequently vanish from your inventory or rewards are not received. Tickets to customer support are not replied nor is their any other method to seek lost items. I currently have several tickets on various bug issues and not once have they responded or corrected an issue. Save your time and money. Play something else that is working and has a human contact in their customer support that can resolve any issues.
