Dont ever lose your account. No customer service

Original, I gave the game 5 stars because you dont have to pay for a lot to advance and I assumed they have some sort of customer service if something were to happen. But, Im wrong and changing to one star. In short, after a replacement iPhone (reloaded from iTunes back up) I cant access my account through in game process nor received ANY response through customer service and Facebook.

I will change my rating if someone from customer services contacts me and helps!
